Getting started
Do you come to us?
Yes. We're based in Logan and work right across South-East Queensland, so we're happy to come to your practice, office or site. If it's easier, we can meet by phone or video instead.
What happens in the free 15-minute chat?
You tell us how your business runs and where the time goes, whether that's a dental practice's missed calls or a law firm's new enquiries. We show you where AI would make the biggest difference and what we'd do first. There's no obligation. It can be by phone, by video or in person across South-East Queensland.
Do I need to know anything about AI before we talk?
No. Plenty of the owners and practice managers we talk to have barely used ChatGPT. Bring the question you've been meaning to ask, and we'll start from where you are.
We're a small business. Is this worth it for us?
Yes. It's often worth more for small teams, because every hour of admin comes out of the owner's or practice manager's day. We size the setup to your business, so a small practice or two-partner firm gets what it needs and nothing it doesn't. And if AI won't help you yet, we'll let you know.
Do I have to update my website myself?
No. We design and build it front to back, then look after hosting, updates and changes, so you never have to touch it.
Where do most businesses start?
With a question. In the free chat we learn how your business runs, then build a plan around it. For a dental practice that might be an AI voicemail receptionist for missed calls. For a law firm, new enquiries read and conflict-checked before a lawyer opens them. For an accountant, client documents sorted and chased at tax time.
Cost
What's it going to cost?
Our first conversation, the 15-minute chat, is free. So is the AI Visibility Check. The full report is $290. For everything else, we tailor the price and the product to your business, and you'll know the cost before any work starts.
What do I get in the $290 full report?
We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google's AI search and Grok five times more questions than the free check, so the picture is more reliable. Then we look at why the businesses that keep getting named get named, and write a plan to catch up, which we walk you through in person. If you want, we can then do the work in the plan for you as a separate job. If it's something we don't do, we'll point you to someone who does.
Will we have to pay for new software?
Sometimes. We choose the tools that fit how your practice or firm runs. If something new is worth paying for, your plan shows why and what it costs each month, before anything is set up.
Are there ongoing costs?
Some tools charge a monthly fee, per user or per use. Every ongoing cost is in your plan before anything is set up, so there are no surprises on your card later. For the AI voicemail receptionist, ongoing tuning is included, and you can change its script, voice or call flow at any time.
Privacy and safety
Is it safe to put client information into AI?
It can be, on the right plan with the right setup. Business plans from the main providers don't use your data to train their models by default, while free personal accounts may. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner recommends not entering personal information into publicly available AI tools (OAIC guidance, 2024). We choose the right plan, set it up right and give your team a one-page policy, so patient and client details stay protected.

Where does our data go?
It depends on the tool. Before we switch anything on, we check where it stores data, who can see it and whether it's used for training, then walk you through it. With the AI voicemail receptionist, call summaries go where you choose, such as your inbox, SMS, CRM or practice software. If a tool doesn't meet your obligations to patients or clients, we don't use it.
Do we need an AI policy for staff?
If your team uses AI at work, yes. A short policy says which tools are approved, what must never go into them, like patient records or client files, and who to ask when unsure. Only 30% of Australian employees say their organisation has a generative AI policy (KPMG and University of Melbourne, 2025). We write a one-page version with you as part of training.
Can I trust what AI writes?
Not blindly, at least not initially. AI can sound confident and still be wrong. We can train it to match your business's style, teach your team how to check its work, and where it matters set up tools that show where answers come from. That step often gets skipped. Only about half of Australian small and medium businesses using AI check its output before it affects customers (National AI Centre, December 2025 to February 2026).

Staff
My team isn't technical. Can they learn this?
Yes. We teach using the work your team already does, like patient emails, file notes and client letters, so AI lightens their load rather than adding to it. If someone can send an email, they can learn to use AI well.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not what we set it up for. It takes the admin, follow-ups and data entry. Your people get time back for the work customers notice. So rather than replace them, it supports them.
How long does training take?
It depends on your team and what you want them to be able to do. Some practices want one hands-on workshop. Others prefer short regular sessions, or one-on-one coaching for the practice manager or partners. We tailor a plan after the free chat, and we can record sessions so new starters can catch up.
Tools
Will ChatGPT recommend my business?
Only if it knows you. AI assistants build their answers from what they can find and trust about you online, and if they can't find much, they recommend another practice or firm. People are asking, too. 31% of US consumers used ChatGPT for business recommendations in the past 12 months (BrightLocal, 2026). Our free AI Visibility Check asks ChatGPT two questions your customers would ask, five times each, and shows you who it names and whether you're one of them.

Can AI answer my phones?
Yes, the ones your team misses. When a call would go to voicemail, our AI voicemail receptionist answers instead, in a natural voice matched to your brand, so the caller can book with you rather than ringing someone else. It answers common questions and, where it connects to your booking software, books appointments, so your team only handles the calls that need them. If you'd rather it just took the details, it sends your team an instant summary instead. Try our dental demo on (07) 4439 9564. It runs on ANSR AI, our sister company, which we operate ourselves.
Can AI help me write quotes?
Yes. Customers send photos, or you record a voice memo on the drive home, and AI turns it into a tidy draft quote in your format, with your rates. When a quote goes quiet, it can write a follow-up that answers what the customer actually asked. You still check the numbers before anything goes out.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
That's your choice. It can introduce itself as an AI assistant, or simply answer in a natural voice matched to your brand. We talk you through the options, and through recording and privacy, before it goes live.
Does it work after hours, or during the day too?
Either, or both. It only picks up when a call would go to voicemail. During the day it covers the calls your team can't get to, and after hours it covers the ones that come in once you've closed. It never answers first or interrupts a live call.
How long does it take to set up an AI voicemail receptionist?
Typically 5 to 8 business days. In that time we set up its voice and tone, the questions it asks, how it handles your industry and what it sends your team. Ongoing tuning is included, so we can change the script, the call flow or the voice whenever you need.
What happens when an AI voicemail receptionist can't answer a question?
It passes it to your team. We set it up to answer the questions your callers ask most, so this is for the hard or unusual ones. It takes the caller's details and question, notes how urgent it is and sends your team an instant summary, so whoever calls back already knows what it's about. You decide what it should and shouldn't say, and because ongoing tuning is included, we can teach it the answer for next time.
Can it transfer calls to my team?
No. It answers when a call would otherwise go to voicemail, so the call has already been missed. It handles what it can, such as common questions and bookings, and sends your team an instant summary of the rest so whoever calls back knows what it's about.
What is an automation, exactly?
A set of steps that runs by itself when something happens, with AI doing the reading, writing and judgement in between. For example, when a patient cancels, AI finds someone on the waitlist who needs that length of appointment with that dentist, offers them the spot by text and books whoever says yes first. We build each one around how your business runs. The step up is an AI brain that powers them all from one place.
Which AI tool should we use, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini?
The one that fits how your business already works. Copilot sits inside Microsoft 365, Gemini inside Google Workspace, and ChatGPT is a strong all-rounder. We pick the right one and set it up once, rather than you paying for three. From there, we can turn it into an AI assistant that knows your templates and house style, or step up to an AI brain connected to your documents and systems.
