In short: we collect only what you send us and a little basic information about how the site is used. We use it to reply to you and to run the business. We don't sell it, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@zzpartnership.au.
Who we are
Z&Z Partnership is the trading name of Z&Z Futures Pty Ltd (ABN 62 699 045 979), a business run by Levi Zimmerman and Zeek Crawford, based in Logan, Queensland. In this policy, "we" and "us" means Z&Z Futures Pty Ltd, trading asZ&Z Partnership.
What we collect
When you contact us
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type in:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
- your business name, website and suburb, if you give them
- your question or message
We also record which page you sent it from, the first page you visited, the website that linked you here (if any) and, if you arrived from a link with tracking tags (like a LinkedIn post or a QR code), the name of that campaign. This helps us know which of our efforts are working.
If you call or email us directly, we'll have your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
If you ring our demo line
Our AI voicemail receptionist demo on (07) 4439 9564 is run by ANSR AI, our sister company, which we operate, using its phone and voice providers. When you call it, they receive your phone number and what you say on the call. Calls to the demo line may be recorded so we can improve the demo. If you'd like your recording deleted, email us and we'll delete it. It's a demo set up for a dental practice, so please don't share health or other sensitive details on it.
When you browse the site
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. We also count a few clicks, such as when someone taps our phone number, our demo line or a booking button, along with which button it was, the first page of the visit and the website or campaign that brought you here. None of this identifies who clicked.
Our contact page shows a booking calendar from Acuity Scheduling. It loads from Acuity's servers when you open that page, and Acuity may use its own cookies to run it. If you book a time, the details you enter go to Acuity and to us.
Like every website, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages, block spam and stop abuse (for example, limiting how many messages one connection can send in a minute).
Why we collect it
- to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to provide our services
- to send you a one-off confirmation email when you contact us
- to keep a record of enquiries so nothing gets lost
- to protect the site from spam and misuse
- to understand which pages and campaigns are useful
We don't add you to a mailing list when you send an enquiry. If we ever send newsletters, we'll only send them if you've said yes, and every one will have an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the business:

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and privacy commitments, and we only share what each one needs to do its job.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking cookies. The spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use what it needs to tell people from bots. The Acuity booking calendar on our contact page may use its own cookies to work. While you're on the site, your browser keeps a draft of anything you type into our forms, the first page you visited and any campaign tags from the link you followed, so you don't lose your message if you leave the page. This is stored only in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.
How we keep it safe
We use accounts with multi-factor sign-in, keep access to the people who need it, and only keep enquiries for as long as they're useful to the business or as long as the law requires.
AI and your information
We don't put the personal details you send us into public AI tools. If we use AI tools in our own work, we use business plans with the provider's data protections switched on.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email info@zzpartnership.au or call 0403 089 563and tell us what you'd like. We'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Questions or complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If we start using a new tool that receives your information, we'll add it to the list above.
